Job Summary: The Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of the product backlog, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple product teams effectively.

1. Cloud Platforms
2. Cross Platforms
3. Integration platforms
4. Core Banking platform
5. Smart Banking Manager
6. Customer Data Management

What we do: 💻

As a Delivery Manager in the IT platform tribe, you will ensure end2end overall responsibilities for the delivery of the tribe’s backlog of the first 3 product streams – Cloud, Cross and Integration. Your main goal is to be a Partner for the Business owners you interact with and ensure we get things done.

Your responsibilities will be:

1.Backlog Management:

1. Ensure the product backlog is prioritized and aligned with business objectives.
2. Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize backlog items.

2.Team Coordination:

1. Manage multiple product teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination.
2. Address any team impediments or blockers promptly.

3.Delivery Oversight:

1. Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of all backlog items.
2. Maintain a high level of quality and performance standards.
3. Track and report on key delivery metrics and project status.

4.Stakeholder Management:

1. Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
2. Ensure alignment between stakeholder needs and team deliverables.

5.Risk Management:

1. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
2. Proactively address issues that may impact delivery timelines or quality.

6.Continuous Improvement:

1. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the teams.
2. Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency.

All teams are working only based on agile practices and each of the teams is working closely with a scrum master. As delivery manager you will participate and contribute to:

1. Agile best practices, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
2. Task Assignment: Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and availability.
3. Requirement Documentation: Ensure that all backlog items are well-documented, including acceptance criteria and dependencies.

You’ll Succeed With:

1. Background of Delivery of projects (minimum 5 years)
2. Experience in stakeholders’ management
3. Experience with people leadership & growth
4. Experience in coaching & mentorship as well team motivation
5. The ability to remove blockers that affects plans and hinders the delivery
6. Communicate transparently
7. Engineering or Consulting Background
