Role Description:
Drive the strategy, efficiency and compliance of I&C, and influence business outcomes and value for LSEG, by measuring, governing and communicating insights, using and connecting trusted master sources of infrastructure, service, risk and sustainability information.
Responsibilities:
- Handle controls for Infrastructure
- Owns resilience governance in line with the group Operational Resilience framework; owns continuous service improvement plans
- Oversees compliance with all regulatory and risk management policies / processes across the Infrastructure & Cloud function
- Implements process of Multiyear obsolescence identification in alignment with input provided by Essential maintenance and key critical initiatives
- Ensures governance of Essential maintenance, from budgeting to execution and adherence to the allocated budgets
Requirements:
- Strategy development, Technology Governance, Service Governance, Data Analysis, Information Management experience
- Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries and build relationships
- Significant experience ( 10+ years) of managing business operations in a financial technology/information services or a similar organization
- Experience with growing and transforming technology organizations with scaled agile frameworks
- Consistent record in the design and implementation of business policies and procedures
- Strong leadership skills in handling individuals and leading high performing teams
- Strong analytical, problem solving, collaboration and technical skills.
- Ability to influence across multiple Divisions, Businesses and Functions
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work with others effectively, with 3rd parties, internal teams, and international business units, promoting knowledge sharing within and across teams
