We are seeking an Enterprise Architect to lead the development of a regional technology strategy that aligns with corporate goals.
You will play a crucial role in translating business needs into actionable technology solutions over the next 3 to 5 years.
Responsibilities
- Understand corporate strategy and business needs to inform technology strategy
- Contribute to departmental and company technology strategy addressing challenges
- Deliver high-level architectural design in specific domains
- Collaborate with Architecture and delivery teams at various levels
- Work within SAFe framework or waterfall projects as required
- Support the ongoing agile transformation through the ADAPT program
- Assist domain and solution architects in translating IT strategy into infrastructure architecture
- Lead and contribute to reference architecture within your domain
- Factor in total cost of ownership implications in architectural decisions
- Apply architectural principles to security, privacy, and compliance
- Suggest innovative solutions to business and management challenges
- Drive strategic plans into concrete roadmaps and execution
- Evangelize Loyalty and Digital Marketing initiatives within the organization
- Support project delivery teams in embedding security and regulatory needs into designs
- Stay updated on emerging technologies
Requirements
- Master's degree in information systems, information management, computer science, or related field
- Experience in complex IT landscapes and large organizations with over 10 years
- Background as IT Architect and/or Enterprise Architect
- Experience with micro-service development for end-to-end customer journeys
- Familiarity with integration platforms such as MuleSoft
- Proficiency in project management and business systems requirements definition
- Experience with agile development methodologies including Scrum and DevOps
- Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure is desirable
- English language proficiency with effective communication and presentation skills
