Client Description:
Adecco Permanent Placement is looking for an Executive Assistant for one of its clients, a security company in Bucharest.
Responsibilities:
- Executive Support:
- Manage the executive's daily schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Conduct research and compile data as required.
- Office Management:
- Oversee general office operations, including coordinating office supplies and maintenance.
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Translation:
- Provide accurate and timely translations of documents between Romanian and English.
- Interpret during meetings and other events as needed.
- Project Coordination:
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , Management or Linguistics, Translation with a specialization in English.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent command of both Romanian and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
