Client Description:
Adecco Romania is recruiting for its client, a major player in strategic industries and high technology, a Financial Controller for Bucharest.
Responsibilities:
1. Accounts Payable Review:
- Review invoices to ensure accurate allocation to internal codes.
- Confirm all supporting documentation is complete and compliant.
2. Mobility Projects Review:
- Oversee documentation and accruals for mobility projects.
- Support expense-related queries and audits.
3. Management Book Adjustments:
- Consolidate and review financial data for management books.
- Request and implement adjustments for accruals and cost reclassification.
4. Income Statement Management:
- Conduct final review and update of the income statement.
- Prepare and deliver comments for the monthly financial review call.
5. Cash Flow Analysis:
- Review monthly cash flow reports, analyzing actual data.
- Provide insights on available cash positions.
6. Headcount Reporting:
- Ensure the accuracy of headcount data and prepare relevant reports.
7. Client Invoicing:
- Issue invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy in headcount and calculations.
- Prepare and review calculation templates for billing processes.
8. Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Prepare budget files and cash flow forecasts aligned with company objectives.
- Prepare value added taxation returns and co-ordinate with the company’s tax advisers for corporation tax returns
9. Ad Hoc Reporting:
- Generate reports on headcount, costs, and other financial metrics as needed.
10. Support Functions:
- Provide assistance on mobility projects, audits, and presentations.
- Maintain effective communication with management and clients.
11. Process Adherence:
- Follow established processes to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
12. Data Protection:
- Ensure confidentiality and data protection in all financial dealings.
