As an integral part of Capgemini’s Global Business Services Team and our Change Adoption Practice, you will be supporting our Global Clients in the end-to-end Business Transformation & Transition journey. We seek experienced, focused, motivated, and inspired individuals who can build trusting relationships and become drivers delivering the seamless and efficient services that Clients expect from Capgemini.
Qualifications
• Min 7 years’ experience in Project Management and proven track of big size Transition projects delivery.
• Experience in Project Management (project management certification will be an asset) and proven track of projects/programs delivery
• Understanding and insight into the GBS/SSC/BPO market, concepts, and good practices, supported by delivering projects in given area.
• Experience in consulting projects and transformation initiatives.
• Experience in planning, managing and executing the overall transition program for various Function/s including stakeholders’ management, risk management, overall project management
• Ability to prepare and review project proposals to determine approach, goals, milestones, timeframes, procedures, transition resources for the transition program of a various Function/s
• Experience in solutioning, working with solution architects, bid team, commercial leads to prepare proposals to potential clients
• Proven record of leading transition and transformation teams during projects, mentoring and coach less experience team members, setting expectations, providing feedback, supporting their growth and learning
• Prioritization skills
• Excellent Communication Skills Ensure effective communication between key stakeholders groups for each transition (Project Team, Function Leadership, Local site management, GBS / SSC Management, GBS/ SSC Knowledge Transfer Teams)
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and work effectively with CxO level Stakeholders
• Demonstrates leadership experience and ability to adapt, with willingness to readily take ownership of tasks and problems
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, while maintaining focus in an environment with conflicting demands, demonstrate prioritization skills
• Ability to analyze and communicate complex situations clearly and simply by listening actively and conveying difficult messages in a positive manner
• Ability to work well with different team members, creating good work environment, ability to motivate team members and create positive atmosphere in the team
• High Level of flexibility to run different types of projects, programs
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent Presentation skills (developing and delivering)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience in Project Management Tools (e.g.: MS Projects)
• Experience in owning and managing project financials
• Fluent English, (French or German would be an asset)
• Experience in Business Transformation would be an advantage
• Experience and/ or Certification in Change Management would be an advantage
• Process Experience (F&A ,HRO, Supply Chain,) would be an advantage.
Job Responsibilities
• The role will focus on working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth project execution from transition perspective but also close cooperation with our Change Managers to ensure adoption of new ways of working
• Primary responsibilities will also include building transition strategy, roadmap and applying that to projects
• Our Transition Managers will focus on transition project execution but also client advisory in transition area.
