As our new HR Admin & Payroll Specialist colleague, you must love working with people!
What you will do:
- Prepare employment contracts, addendums, and other HR-related documentation and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
- Administer and update employee data in Revisal, ensuring compliance with Romanian regulations
- Coordinate employee benefits, leave tracking, collecting and centralizing the justifying documents (medical leave, holidays, changes of salaries, bonuses, etc.) in order to realize monthly payroll
- Manage relationships with external providers and authorities and be the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
- Participate in HR internal projects (onboarding, internal policies and procedures, internal communication)
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring data integrity and handle employee inquiries related to payroll, Revisal, benefits, and HR policies
- Report regularly relevant information related to employment status

Must haves:
- Proven experience in payroll processing and HR administration (2+ years preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Revisal and strong knowledge of Romanian labor laws
- Proficiency in payroll and HR software systems (SAP SF preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proactive approach to challenges, practical mindset, always looking for efficiency and improvement of managed processes
- Strong communication skills in Romanian and English
