For this position you should be able to check the following:
• Minimum 4 years of experience on relevant personnel/administrative position;
• Knowledge of Romanian Labor Legislation;
• Good ︊knowledge of English;
• Organizational and prioritization skills;
Main responsibilities:
• Drafting employment contracts, addendums and additional documents regarding full employee life cycle (from hire to retire);
• Managing employees' personnel files;
• Maintaining internal databases and updating employee information;
• Providing guidance and support to employees on administrative requests;
Working mode: Hybrid (2-3 days a week working from the office);
