Client Description:
Adecco Permanent Placement is looking for its client, one of the leading international providers of cables and integrated solutions for connectivity technology, a HR & Administrative Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
Human Resources Support:
- Prepare and submit monthly kilometer reports for colleagues with company vehicles and manage fuel cost reimbursements.
- Handle requests for employee documents (e.g., employment certificates, medical leave certificates, Revisal reports) by liaising with Contact Expert and ensuring timely delivery to employees.
- Prepare and finalize the monthly timesheet for all employees.
- Provide quarterly updates on company activities to support the Yearbook LAPP completion process.
Administrative and Front-Desk Support:
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including sorting and dispatching.
- Oversee office supply inventory, ensuring availability of cleaning products, office stationery, and kitchen consumables.
- Handle reservations for hotels, restaurants, and flights, based on employee requests, with approvals from relevant managers.
- Organize events, training sessions, and workshops as requested by managers.
- Welcome visitors, ensure proper visitor registration, and provide excellent protocol services.
- Monitor and maintain the visitor logbook.
- Report corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities to the Group.
Candidate Profile:
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in office coordination or administrative roles is an advantage.
