We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Inside Sales Representative to join the sales team for our business partner, a software solutions provider across various professional fields, offering tools for researchers to publish articles, analyze data, create reports, and document experiments.
In this role, you will be responsible for selling selected scientific software systems. This product includes software that helps our customers create and publish their research and visualize data through easily operated analysis tools. You will work in the European market, primarily focusing on Central Europe.
Main responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Perform effective online demos for prospects
Your profile
- At least 2+ years of working experience as an Inside Sales Representative or a similar role.
- Experience working with Salesforce, Navision, or similar CRM is a must.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
- The ability to communicate in the Hungarian language -is a big advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Bachelor's degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration.
