- Support supplier's invoices booking
- Support Goods received/invoice received clearing
- Correspondence with the suppliers (giving details regarding the payments performed/account balance/invoices posted/price differences)
- Electronic & physical archive of invoices
Essential Skills/Qualifications:
- Romanian Accounting and Tax Laws (basic)
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Good knowledge of English Language
- SAP FI / MM - considered as advantage
Desirable Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or Administrative field
- To attend master's courses in Economic/Administrative field
