IT Business Systems Analyst - Middleware Platform

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiast Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic, collaborative and reliable team.

Job Activities:

1. Transform business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications;
2. Analyze the impact of business requirements on the existing systems and overall IT environment;
3. Assess feasibility, benefits and risks and provide opinions and recommendations;
4. Create User stories and work closely with the development/ testing team members, to implement system requirements
5. Participate in the solution design, support development and testing;
6. Maintain specifications up to date throughout the project, operating the approved changes;

2. Are familiar with application server, integration and database technologies;
3. Have experience working on large projects as well as regular changes;
4. Are focused on finding solutions;

6. Exert ownership of requirements throughout the software development cycle;
7. Are a team player, energetic person with a desire to learn and progress.
8. Have good presentation skills;
9. Good command of English;​

Job Qualifications:

1. 3+ years experience in business & system analysis English (spoken and written) at proficient level ; ​
2. API’ s Interface knowledge; previous experience in designing interfaces; ​
3. At least medium knowledge of drafting UML diagrams; ​
4. Previous experience with Jira, Confluence applications; ​
5. Fluent in SQL; ​
6. Previous Agile methodology experience with medium to large number of team members involved;​
