Our team

The role of IT Governance Specialist in charge with audit and compliance findings implementation monitoring in IT is part of our wider team of IT Strategy and Governance. Our mission is to create and monitor the IT strategy and to ensure the overall IT governance. But what do we mean by governance? We mean governance of IT processes; IT risks & audits; IT Resources; IT budget and performance.

How about your role

Your responsibilities will be related to activities designed to provide the IT governance framework at organization level and for consolidated response activities to audit and compliance actions targeting all the IT & Data unit leads. You will:

1. Coordinate consolidated IT response activities to internal, external and RBI group audit missions and security controls by involving and coordinating IT teams
2. Monitor and report the responses of IT teams to internal, external or RBI group audit measures and security controls, ensures that responses and remedial activities come in time and within the necessary qualitative parameters
3. Provide dashboards or detailed reports to IT & Data unit managers, and prepare management presentations on regular basis or on demand as part of IT audit and compliance findings implementation monitoring
4. Coordinate consolidated IT response activities to information or compliance requests coming directly from regulatory authorities (NBR, EBA, etc.) or from RBI group.

1. You have a Bachelor’s degree in a technical domain or economics
2. You have knowledge related to compliance/risk frameworks/controls & Audit (e.g. ISO 31000, ISO 27001)
3. You have strong skills in project management, dealing with cross functional projects, with stakeholders from different departments
4. You have knowledge of banking frameworks and regulations
5. You’d like to expand your knowledge of IT governance, IT processes, IT standards and best practices (e.g., ITIL, COBIT)
6. You are fluent with Office tools for data processing, dashboarding and presentations
7. You are keen on learning more about technology, IT services and delivery, and all the above
8. You have a good command of spoken and written English
