Client Description:

Adecco is looking for an experienced IT Program Integration and Implementation Lead on behalf of a reputable client. This role is crucial for managing complex IT programs, ensuring timely delivery, and driving business outcomes.


Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Leadership: Accountable for high-complexity IT integration and implementation plans. You will focus on creating strategic visions, planning, managing integration, and ensuring project success within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Project Management: Plan, manage, and lead IT project delivery using effective methodologies. Align the projects with business objectives, ensuring all deliverables meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies, fostering positive relationships and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks, dependencies, and constraints. Develop and implement solutions as needed to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Team Leadership: Lead large project teams or multiple smaller teams, providing vision and coordination. Build team capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and training.
  • Resource Management: Oversee resource budgets, forecasting, and allocation to optimize project efficiency.
  • Assurance Reviews: Manage the delivery of internal and third-party assurance reviews, addressing any issues that may arise, and ensure senior stakeholders are confident in project progress.
  • Collaboration: Drive a culture of innovation and collaboration across stakeholders, promoting creative solutions through platforms like idea generation sessions and hackathons.
  • Transformation Programs: Lead projects within larger transformational programs, ensuring seamless integration with related projects and fostering acceptance of change.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with company-wide decision-making structures and processes.
  • Post-Implementation Analysis: Evaluate and track business benefits post-implementation, ensuring the realization of project goals.


Candidate Profile:

Requirements:

  • General Education: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, with a Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • General Experience: At least 10 years in technology roles, with domain knowledge in retail (preferably food retail), logistics, or supply chain. Experience working with both fully owned and franchised businesses is preferred. Strong background in project/program management is required.
  • Managerial Experience: 5-10 years of managing multidisciplinary technology teams.
  • Functional Knowledge:
  • Fundamentals of infrastructure design (networks, server/datacenter architecture).
  • Knowledge of integration design patterns (P2P, service bus, etc.) and architectural approaches.
  • Understanding of application design principles (e.g., 3-layer architecture).
  • Awareness of data, analytics, and reporting processes (ETL, XLST, data warehousing).
  • Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and common delivery methods.
