Role Description:
The ITSM Employee Experience role will be responsible for end-to-end management of ITSM related communications and learning and development (L&D) activities. It will craft, implement, and refine a mechanism to ensure useful, consistent messaging is shared with the department. This will champion the work done within ITSM and build awareness of achievements within Infrastructure & Cloud. It will ensure ITSM related L&D, such as ITSM process learning material, is maintained, delivered, and consumed by the relevant audience to ensure employee capability and compliance.
This role will be accountable for the communications that are sent out to the ITSM department. This will be a mixture of channels like Viva Engage and email. It will also be accountable for managing the Learning and Development log for employees which will need to set up from scratch. ITSM training needs to be managed as most of the Engineering department will need to complete this training to ensure compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collate successes and messaging from ITSM to share with the department
- Create a regular cadence of sending communications
- Building a communications plan to map out when comms should be sent, ensuring alignment with the wider I&C comms team.
- Map out what will be shared in the comms which will involve getting items from across the ITSM department to share.
- Maintain and drive the Learning and Development register for ITSM to upskill the department to be best in class
Candidate Profile / Key Skills:
- Proficient experience driving department wide comms and training.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages appropriately.
- Experience delivering excellent stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to conduct data analysis in Microsoft Excel and identify data points critical for decision making.
