Client Description:
Adecco Romania is currently looking for one of its clients - a major player in Romania's beverage industry - a Junior Brand Manager based in Bucharest.
Responsibilities:
The Junior Brand Manager will be driving brand success by using consumer insights, ensuring effective communication, and aligning marketing initiatives with strategy. They will be monitor trends, evaluating brand performance, and collaborating with teams to execute campaigns and maintain brand identity.
- Monitor consumer behavior through research and market visits to gather insights for brand strategy.
- Apply consumer insights to drive brand differentiation and commercial advantage.
- Ensure brand activation aligns with portfolio strategy and avoids overlap with other brands.
- Communicate consumer insights to inform cross-functional strategies and plans.
- Implement brand identity guidelines across all communication channels.
- Ensure timely execution of trade calendar brand initiatives.
- Track brand performance against targets and propose corrective actions.
- Oversee production of advertising materials, ensuring brand messaging consistency.
- Monitor brand budget and propose actions to improve profitability.
- Propose product innovations or adaptations to align with brand objectives.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience with Brand Management/Trade Marketing – minimum 1 year
- Proven Project Management skills
- Excellent capacity of analyzing and understanding numbers
- Fluent English
