Role Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Proposition Manager to support the development, analysis, and delivery of innovative financial analytics technology solutions. This hybrid role combines analytical responsibilities with strategic proposition management, focusing on analyzing client and market data, building reports, and creating impactful presentations. You will contribute to the development of value propositions that meet customer needs and align with the company's goals, working collaboratively across teams in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Proposition Development

  • Assist in creating and refining product propositions that address customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and product roadmaps.
  • Translate insights into compelling value propositions to support product launches and enhancements.

Data Reporting and Analysis

  • Help gather, analyze, and interpret data on customer behavior, sales trends, and market performance.
  • Build and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales pipeline, revenue, and retention numbers.
  • Assist Business Lead to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities to inform business decisions and optimize strategies.

Communication

  • Design and produce professional, visually engaging PowerPoint presentations based on provided content.
  • Simplify complex data and insights into clear visuals and narratives for internal and external partners.

Market Research and Competitor Analysis

  • Support detailed market research to understand industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Benchmark product propositions against competitors to identify differentiators and areas for improvement.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on research findings.

Candidate Profile / Key Skills:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data interpretation and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.

Preferred:

  • Experience in a similar role or internship in Financial Analytics, product management, or business analysis.
  • Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or CRM platforms preferred.
  • Basic understanding of financial products, services and key actors.
