Client Description:
Adecco Romania is searching for one of his partners, Shared Services Center global company for a Junior Specialist Accounting & Finance, German language speaker medium level.
Responsibilities:
Administration of documents related to financial operations
Checking the completeness and correctness of documents
E-mail correspondence in German language
Entering data into information system
Recording the amount of work
Ongoing cooperation with other employees and management
Offering support to the customers in German on topics related to the invoice or documents
Performing day to day tasks related to the banking activities using specialized software and tools, according to the predefined manuals; policies and procedures
Candidate Profile:
Office Suite knowledge ( Excel, Word, Outlook)
Good work organization
Positive attitude to change
Experience in office and administrative work or in banking sector is welcome
English language knowledge min B1
MANDATORY : German language knowledge min B1
Bachelor degree or in the process to be obtain
