In Compliance TA&PMT we are working in an international team of Technical Analysts and technical Product Managers who ensure the global delivery of technical IT services for the Compliance area of UniCredit group. We define and execute the Compliance related Digital, Data and Technology transformation and ensure stability of IT systems, creating value through the capability of technology and data, embedded into digital solutions that optimize execution and improve customer experience.
As a Technical Analyst you will lead the technical coordination of our product services for IT applications and the required technical design.
Key tasks and responsabilities
- Technical analyst maintaining an important application operating in an international Compliance IT environment like:
- Design and maintain mainly Oracle based applications ensuring high performance, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, internal and external developers, to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
- Participate in all phases of the software integration, including analysis, design, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Estimate effort for integration activities.
- Support maintenance activities such as second level support and cartographic update of applications in charge.
- Document technical specifications, procedures, and guidelines to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies to increase productivity and quality of deliverables.
Requirements:
Mandatory:
- Up to 3 years of relevant experience
- Technical skills on application integration standards SOAP/REST incl. Event Driven Architectures (EDA)
- IT communication protocols like SAML, OIDC, OAuth, HTTP, TCP, sFTP, NFS, SMB/CIFS, API Key, JSON Web Token (JWT)
- Knowledge on cloud infrastructures like Google Cloud, Azure Cloud, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (part of the project activities)
- Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ)
- Database knowledge e.g. Oracle (e.g. Autonomous Database DBaaS); PL/SQL
- Java, JavaScript, Python, Rest APIs
- Very good in English
- Clear communication style

- Standards RFC/IEEE/IETF referring Network Communication and IT Security
- Resilient architecture and solution design principles (HA/DR)
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Confluence Kafka, Apache Kafka
