For our business partner, one of the largest manufacturers of advanced equipment in the HVAC industry, we are looking for a motivated Key Account Manager (HVAC).
In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Develops new business by analyzing account potential, initiating, developing, and closing sales.
- Improves the organization's market position by prospecting and contracting new clients to maximize revenue.
- Initiates sales process by building relationships, qualifying potential, and scheduling appointments.
- Introduces new products to the market and maintains the commercial performance of existing products.
- Coordinate the network of distributors at the national level.
- Conducting business discussions and negotiations.
- Technical consultancy regarding the products offered.
- Prepares regular forecasts to enable effective sales planning.
- Ensure that sales potential is fully exploited to achieve annual sales targets.
Your profile
- At least 1+ years experience in Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role.
- Understanding of HVAC industry will be a huge advantage.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skill
- Proficiency in English;
- Valid driver's license
