Client Description:
Adecco Romania is actively seeking a Key Account Manager in Bucharest, for a multinational company that is manufacturing domestic appliances.
The Key Account Manager will be focused on farming, building forecasts and promotional plans for the allocated customers.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve annual sales targets, while continuously improving performance and profitability for each allocated customer.
- Build monthly forecast & promotional plans for the allocated customers.
- Constantly analyze customer’s portfolio and implement changes and adjustments where is needed.
- Weekly check customers’ online portfolio and send them OOO (out of stock) notifications.
- Work closely with the Planning team to ensure accurate forecast is submitted, including promotional activities and activation plans to deliver the agreed targets.
- Build a professional relationship with key daily contacts, be a team player, and support, drive, inspire and develop the allocated customers.
- Estimate at a monthly basis the results for the allocated customers.
- Constantly pay attention to OO (send them to the allocated customers and obtain delivery dates for them).
- Analyze sales out performance and implement different measures to boost sales.
- Trade visit for the allocated accounts at least one day per month.
- Prepare the negotiation file (including account business history for the last 3 years) and propose different negotiation strategies.
- Guide and support Trade Marketing Specialist(s) to ensure high quality, premium presence of the optimal product mix in each type of the POS, online and offline.
Candidate Profile:
- We are looking for a person with a strong personality, who can manage discussions with clients, who is open to new learning opportunities and who is proactive and communicative;
- 2-5 years of relevant experience;
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel level (vlookup, pivot) to make reports, minimum financial analysis;
- Advanced English level.
