Adecco Human Resources is recruiting for its client, a major player in the road and highway construction sector, a Laboratory Technician for Poiana
Responsibilities:

· Ensure compliance with technical standards for the performed tests.
· Analyze tests results.
· Maintain a quality assurance system.
· Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards (European and Romanian Legislation for roads), including health and safety regulations.
· Work closely with the Senior Laboratory Technician of reference to approve technical procedures for testing.
· Work closely with the Senior Laboratory Technician of reference for training and implementing the quality assurance system.
· Work closely with the Senior Laboratory Technician of reference to organize and implement the sample management system.
· Review and identify any potential issues or concerns related to the testing activities of reference.
· Knowledge of the Romanian language will be a reason for facilitation.

· Compliance with technical and regulatory standards (European and Romanian road construction standards)
· Attention to detail in testing and documentation
· Test result analysis and problem-solving
· Expertise in testing, compliance, and quality assurance within road and highway construction projects
