Client Description:
A major American agricultural chemical and seed company looking for a Logistic Coordinator- 1 year contract with possibility to be extend.
Responsibilities:
PURPOSE: Execution of the logistics and contract administration activities related to local distribution warehouses (secondary distribution) for Crop Protection in Rumania and Poland. The job location is Bucharest.
This role is accountable for the transactional activities related to inventory management (goods receipts, goods issues, inventory adjustments, cycle count), logistics (delivery note creation, carrier booking management, consolidation of shipments) and overall contract administrator activities.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Execute inbound Goods Receipt and outbound Goods Issues
· Contract administration related activities
· Creation of Delivery Notes and transportation booking, management of loads consolidation
· Follow up with the warehouse on the scheduled loads and the deliveries to our customers
· Short term management of the warehouse loading and storage capacity and carrier performance
· Oversight of the inventory cycle counts and inventory adjustments
· Verification of the invoices provided by the warehouses and carriers
· Transportation booking of customer orders
Candidate Profile:
● A minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics activities.
● University degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Business Management
● Knowledge of information systems supporting logistics activities.
● High level of English, both written and spoken.
● Teamwork.
● Interpersonal relationship skills.
