Client Description:
One of the biggest global retail companies is opening a new Logistics Centre in Romania.
With this Logistics Centre, the company aims to optimize its network in the Region, ensuring the efficient and sustainable fulfilment of SLA agreements. As part of the logistics team, you will navigate a dynamic and ever-changing environment. Your role will focus on continuously enhancing availability, enabling, and executing agile logistics solutions, while driving strong, innovative, and sustainable business outcomes.
The construction of this Logistics Center marks another key milestone in the company’s efforts to elevate its logistics network to the next level.
Responsibilities:

· Support end users in the day-to-day work and act as an advanced system user across all operational departments:
o Conduct system clean-up and system routines.
o Support 3PL team leaders on daily system-related issues.
o Feedback to System Specialists.
o Conduct basic troubleshooting and reporting.
· Maximize operational excellence, quality, and efficiency by ensuring system-related best practice guidelines are followed, all flow systems are working, and IT system related procedures are implemented.
· Identify and suggest improvement opportunities and/or need for the warehouse operations.
· Responsible for training end users and team leaders on any new functionalities on the system or any improvement.
· Provide support for additional activities for EU and non-EU markets.
· Manage Anaf / UIT and other related systems.
· Oversee hardware (scanners, printers, etc.) and IT infrastructure maintenance.
· Perform error checks and ensure accurate stock control.
· Prepare tags and labels with prices.
Candidate Profile:

· Solid knowledge of the DC systems landscape and system updates, technology related development needs, priorities, and projects/rollouts.
