Job Purpose
The Senior Portfolio Manager will be responsible for managing Group strategic initiatives (named Group Products). This role will ensure the correct and efficient implementation of these initiatives, monitoring & reporting of progress and stakeholders management.
Responsibilities
·Governance: Establish, coordinate, and continuously review the governance framework for Group Products management. Ensure the correct execution of all demand and change processes, aligned with best practices, acting as Group Products SPOC in relation to head-office, but also to business lines & IT delivery within the bank.
·Portfolio Management: Manage the bank’s portfolio of Group Products, including the associated budget and service documentation. Collaborate and negotiate regularly with head office colleagues to align objectives and resources.
·Budget coordination & Portfolio review: Coordinate the budgeting process for Group Products and prepare the bank’s annual investment budget for the assigned portfolio. Analyze and propose implementation scenarios for the upcoming year.
·Portfolio balancing & optimization: participates in the development of RBRO local strategy in relation to Group Products, applying functional expertise, challenging assumptions behind the business case, the allocation key among NWUs, charging model, contributing with well-reasoned ideas to support adherence to local strategy
·Approval & Monitoring: Perform verification and validation of Group Products documentation throughout the project lifecycle to ensure accuracy and completeness. Continuously track project progress, ensuring adherence to contract, scope, timelines, and budget constraints. Manage and report on business performance in relation to Group Products implementation
·Stakeholder management: Develops and improves relationships with Board members, Group stakeholders, identifying priorities, issues and strategic challenges and preparing them for discussion.
