We are looking for a passionate, results-driven, and collaborative individual to join our marketing team! As a Marketing Campaigns Coordinator your job will be to plan, manage, build, deploy and analyze integrated B2B marketing campaigns that will consolidate the brand and will contribute to the growth of the business.

Success in this role can be achieved with a passion for the customer and a focus on building lasting customer relationships.

You will be in charge of:

Conducting market research and surveys to understand market dynamics & Identify business opportunities, and to leverage on the growth drivers .
Defining the market segmentation and the targeting strategies for each type of campaign.
Developing and implementing product positioning for various target categories of customers, in accordance with the objectives and strategy of the Edenred Group and the marketing plan of Edenred Romania.
Developing & implementing a structured annual marketing plan with a detailed roadmap to support sales and reach budget objectives..
Developing and coordinating integrated, multi-channel communication campaigns, combining various promotions, offers and ensuring the right positioning of Edenred brand & products. Analyze the results of each campaign and propose solutions to improve them.
Contributing to the creation of communication concepts of products and services.
Managing the relationship with media agencies and other external providers involved in marketing and communication activities.
Identifying opportunities for development and implementation of new products and services to ensure the company's differentiation in the market and competitive advantage; establishing contacts with potential partners in the development of value-added services.
Developing & coordinating the launch of new features, products, campaigns.
Staying updated with the latest trends in marketing, both internationally and nationally, knowing very well the specific actions implemented by competing companies and companies in industries such as: financial-banking, software services, extra-salary benefits etc.
Efficiently managing the campaign budgets.

WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU

You have min 7-8 years’ experience in a similar position.Bachelor’s degree, with emphasis in business, marketing, or related field or equivalent experience.

You have demonstrated:

Strong understanding of brand & marketing strategies and experienced in campaign execution
Successful track record of developing and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
Strong knowledge of English (written and oral)
Ability to multi-task and work on several projects, often under tight timelines, while consistently delivering results
Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Outstanding customer relationship-building skills
Strong program development and management capabilities
Flexible, can-do attitude, with ability to thrive in a very dynamic environment
Languages required: Romanian & English
