Marketplace Manager

We seek a skilled and experienced Marketplace Manager to manage and optimize our online sales channels through various marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, eMag, and other third-party platforms. The Marketplace Specialist will work closely with other departments in the organization to develop new marketing strategies, optimize/negotiate pricing, and ensure sales goals are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the e-commerce market, experience with marketing automation tools and strategies, and excel in multitasking to achieve objectives.

Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, marketing, or sales
• Knowledge of marketplace integration processes, optimization tools and strategies
• Experience with creating promotions campaigns and marketing automation software preferred
• Analytical mindset and experience with data analysis
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Language skills: English (reading, writing, speaking - medium)
Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize product listings on multiple marketplaces
• Monitor and analyze sales and performance data to identify improvement areas and opportunities
• Create promotional campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness
• Identify new marketplaces or channels to expand and increase sales
• Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize sales performance
• Work with marketing, logistics, and sales teams to enhance product visibility, messaging, and branding
• Monitor competitors' sales & marketing strategies and adapt to the changing market dynamics
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with marketplace representatives.
