The Issuing & Acquiring Digital team is dedicated to implementing, managing and optimizing digital services related to card issuing, acquiring and payments. Our team collaborates closely with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery, compliance, and continuous improvement, supporting the bank's strategic goals and enhancing client satisfaction.
We're seeking a dynamic Digital Product Specialist to support our global strategy. You'll be at the helm of delivering cutting-edge IT solutions across multiple countries, ensuring seamless alignment with global strategies and industry best practices.
- Requirement Gathering: Work with business to gather, analyze, and document business requirements specific to payments and card services. Translate these requirements into detailed functional specifications.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within payments and card services. Develop and implement solutions to enhance business processes.
- Data Analysis: Analyze transaction data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities within the payments and card services domain. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Project Coordination and budget management: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects related to payments and card services. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Manage the project budget.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between business units, IT teams, and third-party vendors involved in payments and card services. Ensure all parties are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Testing and Validation: Develop test plans and conduct testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements for payments and card services. Validate that implemented solutions function as intended.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or similar roles within the financial services industry, with a focus on banking, payments and card services.
- Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal). Knowledge of Italian is a plus.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools, particularly in the context of payments and card services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and business stakeholders in multicultural environments.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on accuracy, accountability, and completeness.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and team dynamics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A degree in a STEM discipline
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMI, Prince2, …).
- Knowledge of financial services industry regulations and best practices, particularly in payments and card services.
