Our dynamic team, belonging to UniCredit Digital – Bank Insurance Solutions, is responsible of designing, implementing, and maintaining ICT solutions and support Business Stakeholders.
What you'll be doing
Key tasks and responsibilities:
As IT Business Analyst you to be involved in IT complex and/or multifunctional IT projects/programs.
- Support to Digital Bank Insurance Solutions products functionalities as key Business Analyst
- Cooperate with Business and Technical team to match the business needs with the technical delivery
- Analyze Business Requirements to define ICT requirements
- Ensure the E2E delivery of secure and robust solution according to UniCredit policies and guidelines
- Acquire functional knowledge of products inside the Bank Insurance perimeter
- Lead the future development of Bank Insurance products driven by regulatory and business needs, defining the better solution to fit the purpose
- Support the Project Estimation facilitating analysis and making challenge through own professional judgement and product knowledge
- Support the Project Analysis in coordination with technical professionals creating a reliable functional analysis over which starts development
- Leveraging on own skills taking part to the Feasibility Study/Strategic initiatives (cross function/cross products)
- Support continuous improvement, exploring different alternatives and experiences
- Working in a challenging and dynamic environment
- Be part of the Team contributing to its growth promoting quality professional relationships
What you'll need to succeed
Requirements:
Mandatory:
- 5+ years experience of field experience
- 5+ years experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Ability to communicate functional information to both technical and non-technical customers
- Ability to assist the delivering factories in elaboration of correct solution proposal and target architecture design
- Test execution support
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Economics
- Digital and technologies knowledge background (mobile applications and internet banking features).
- Solid analytical capabilities, with strong IT analytical skills
- Good background on development of complex ICT solutions in Bank Insurance ecosystem or other environments of equivalent complexity
- Good team working capabilities, in the context of medium to large project teams distributed among multiple countries / locations
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to work in a complex environment with high attention on delivery
- High risk awareness and solution-oriented approach
- Good knowledge of Project Management principles and methodologies
- Very good prioritization skills to balance key priorities
- Execution & discipline maintains a clear focus and sees action through to delivery
- Experience in a complex Financial Institution or Major Business or ICT Consulting Firm
- Fluent written and spoken English and Italian

- Expertise in the non-functional requirements underneath the business features
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and focus on business value
- Programming language (e.g., JAVA, COBOL)
