Responsibilities:
- Configuring and securing the company's network and network equipment (Cisco Catalyst and Nexus switches, Cisco routers, ASA firewalls, Fire Power, ForcePoint, Palo Alto, Aruba, CheckPoint, Cisco ISE and ACS, Aero Hive, Cisco Prime, SD-WAN, etc.);
- Incident management (INC) for the LAN/WAN/WLAN/VPN-related services and equipment;
- Provide technical support to ensure the good functionality of the equipment and the network;
- Change management (CHG) for the network infrastructures: scheduling, preparation, and implementation of various network-related changes;
- Analyze the network performance in data centers and remote locations (sites);
- Configuring DHCP scopes - IPAM/Infoblox;
- Provide Proxy ARP deletion (limited time)
- Provide WAN - MPLS link implementation
- Monitoring of the IT infrastructure - SolarWinds NPM and NCM;
- Maintain contact with network providers (ISPs) and external partners;
- Identifying the source of problems and finding ways to prevent them - RCA;
- Creating and updating the related procedures and documentation;
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of Industry experience as a Network Administrator, IT Engineer, or Systems Admin;
- Hands-on experience in networking, routing, and switching;
- Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired;
- Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of network infrastructure;
- Strong planning, project management, documentation, and communication skills;
- Fluent in English is desired, any other language is a plus;
- CISSP, CCNA, CCNP, or any other network certification represents a plus.
