Client Description:


Adecco is hiring for the position of Office Manager / Head of Administrative on behalf of our client, a leading airline company based in Bucharest. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the office and managing various administrative duties. You will report directly to the company's Chief Executive Officer.



Responsibilities:


• Act as the primary contact for the Bucharest office and other locations.

• Manage the registration, tracking, and flow of incoming and outgoing information and documents.

• Monitor and manage the company’s social media platforms.

• Organize and coordinate corporate calls, meetings, follow-ups, and summaries.

• Handle corporate mail and communication channels.

• Oversee project deadlines and implement a unified project management system.

• Manage HR functions within the office, including onboarding and confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Ensure daily office operations run smoothly, including staff coordination, office supplies, and budget management.

• Arrange travel, appointments, and office events.

• Liaise with vendors for services such as cleaning, catering, and security.

• Organize office maintenance and repairs as needed.



Candidate Profile:


• Proven experience in office management, administration, or similar roles.

• Familiarity with HR functions and project management.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Leadership and team coordination experience.

• Proficient in office software, project management tools, and social media platforms.

• Problem-solving and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

• Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

• Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).

• Experience in budget management and vendor/facilities management is an advantage.
