The Value Proposition Manager is in charge with developing a unified value proposition for the Private Individuals Tribe, in line with customers’ expectations and ensuring the sustainable business growth.
The role is based in the Private Individuals Clients Acquisition & Onboarding Stream, part of the Private Individuals Clients Tribe.
The aim of this role is to contribute to building a differentiating value proposition on the market that accelerates business growth with focus on client acquisition and onboarding, drives superior customer experiences and increases brand advocacy.
The Value Proposition Manager in charge with Private Individuals Clients Acquisition & Onboarding within Raiffeisen Bank will:
Demonstrate strategic vision:
● Design the strategy for Private Individuals (PI) customers segment with emphasis on building a relevant daily banking value proposition to make a difference on the market, accelerate customer acquisition & onboarding and increase brand advocacy
● Identify market opportunities and innovate the offering to maximize customers segment growth and profitability: develop new offers, improve processes, while adapting to market requirements
● Understand the dynamics of the Private Individuals segment (needs, behaviors, expectations, values and lifestyles, banking and non-banking digital adoption and consumption) and digital trends.
● Contribute to the definition of the profile of the target customers and the segmentation strategy of the Individual customers.
● Submit proposals to adapt the strategy, launch or modify products/services to the representatives of the Individual Clients Tribe
● Utilize specific methods & frameworks for synchronizing the offline business with the digital one, while pushing forward for the digital agenda.
Embrace a 100% customer centric perspective:
● Drive positive customer experiences at every moment of truth throughout PI clients acquisition and onboarding process
● Develop engagement programs for new to bank that generate relevant customer journeys and add value to business with newly acquired PI clients
● Delight and surprise consumers in relevant communication touch points, by driving engagement and excitement in any brand manifestation in partnership with Marketing and PR teams
● Monitor client satisfaction and continuously provide improvement proposals
Integrate strategy with the rest of the cross functional teams:
● Partner with internal key stakeholders (Digital, Products, Sales, Marketing, PR, Legal, Compliance) and coordinate the successful design and implementation of the PI value proposition for customers acquiring & onboarding strategy across the bank through an agile approach
● Monitor sales strategy implementation across different channels and propose improvement actions and sales support for targets accomplishment
● Manage the marketing and communication budgets for PI customers acquiring & onboarding and ensure communication plan preparation & execution in line with business strategy, together with Marketing and PR teams
● Demonstrate, in collaboration with the Research team, a restless interest in understanding the market insights, the customer segments dynamics (behaviors, values, lifestyles and consumption trends) and their impact on business strategy and performance
