- Lead the implementation of indirect tax requirements in S/4 Hana processes, with a focus on Book-to-Report (B2R) and other related areas (I2P, B2C)
- Coordinate the integration of tax requirements across various areas, ensuring alignment between different stakeholders including S/4 Hana projects, Central teams(C/TXV, C/FI), Coordinators of Bosch divisions, process experts and Business development teams(BD)
- Actively participate in upcoming and ongoing S/4 Hana projects, contributing to the definition, mapping, and successful implementation of tax processes and requirements
- Lead the mapping and integration of tax requirements within accounting processes in SAP systems, ensuring full compliance with legal tax regulations
- Oversee and manage the project for the implementation of tax requirements in accounting processes, ensuring timely and successful delivery of all related tasks
- Participate in the definition and mapping of tax processes during S/4 Hana implementation, ensuring that indirect tax requirements are appropriately incorporated into system configurations
- Provide support in the implementation of the tax tool Vertex, ensuring that the tool is aligned with the necessary tax requirements and processes
- Ensure the tax compliance enabling (TCE) tool is adjusted appropriately for integration with S/4 Hana, ensuring that tax compliance processes are optimized and legally compliant
- University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field
- Fluent in English (writing & speaking)
- Proven experience in implementing indirect tax requirements in accounting processes, preferably within SAP systems
- Solid understanding of indirect tax regulations in B2R, B2C, and I2P processes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering tax-related implementations on time
- Experience with SAP R/3, S/4HANA, or other relevant ERP systems
- Strong understanding of international indirect tax regulations
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively
- Very good presentation skills
- Strong personality with leadership potential, a proactive approach, and a 'can-do' attitude
