Our PI Lending Products Team in need of a Product Manager!

As a Lending Product Manager, you will:

•Act as business owner for the PI lending products, being responsible for achieving the sales and profitability target;

•Develop and improve the products / services / tools specific to the product area managed, in line with the bank’s strategy and objectives;

•Define and implement the pricing strategy for the PI lending products

•Listen to the voice of customers and monitor the competitive market in order to identify business and product development opportunities;

•Play a key role in the design of the communication & sales strategy for the managed products

•Take part in the management of the risk policy and operational flows for the PI lending products

•Participate in cross-functional teams and projects aiming to build digital lending capabilities;

•Work closely with the Agile squads to develop the technical requirements for the PI Lending products

We will appreciate if you have:

• Plenty of projects to enhance your product work experience (preferably in banking area; knowledge of lending product management is a plus);

• Previous experience with developing business requirements for IT system changes

• The ability to analyze and understand relevant data in order to drive adequate business decisions

• Strong, proven English language skills – both verbal and written;

• Communication and networking abilities;

• Problem-solving and follow-up skills.
