Our client is the largest independent provider of fiber infrastructure in the UK. They build dedicated, next-generation, gigabit-speed fiber networks for the public sector, the business community, and residential markets. The company manages over 100 private fiber projects and seven separate metropolitan fiber networks under a long-term contract with local authorities, businesses, and wholesale partners.
IF YOU ARE
- Experienced in Agile methodologies with excellent leadership abilities
- A Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or with equivalent certification
- Proven in resolving blockers and guiding multiple Scrum teams toward successful project delivery
- Proficient in analyzing Squad performance and implementing positive changes
- Skilled in managing stakeholders and building strong working relationships
- Experienced with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Grafana, and Confluence
AND YOU WANT TO
- Take the lead as a subject matter expert in Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
- Coach the client's software delivery team to maximize product value for the business and external customers
- Focus on quality, cost efficiency, and predictable delivery timelines
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and collaboration
- Lead and mentor the Scrum team, ensuring adherence to SAFe Agile/Scrum practices and principles
- Facilitate productive Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Identify and remove blockers hindering the team’s progress
- Collaborate with stakeholders and departments to resolve dependencies and issues
- Encourage teams to reflect on their processes and implement improvements
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure transparency in the team's work
