Short Description
Participates in meeting service levels, key measurement targets of the team and delivers a high quality and cost-effective service. Performs tasks in line with the written procedures under close supervision.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and command in English language - minimum B2
- The team member is responsible for processing the HR data correctly and timely according to the project deadlines and to the expected quality, interacts with the Client on a daily basis via phone and email, work on resolving HR related issues, cooperate with other delivery team members, and ensure that the documentation is up to date.
- The team member must ensure they share their specialist knowledge within the team
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Positive team player
- Highschool diploma is mandatory;
Job Responsibilities
• Process movements (transfers, promotion) and leaver requests
• Process HR Administration requests
• Answer client’s calls and emails
• Process client’s queries and escalations
• Provide clarification of HR policies and procedures
• Organize knowledge sharing sessions internal and cross teams
• Successful process related problem solving
• Manage assigned part of the process according to Capgemini methodology and/or agreed transition plan
• Update all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes
