IF YOU ARE
- Experienced in Python and PyTorch
- Demonstrating strong expertise in building and optimizing AI models
- Knowledgeable in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Vision-Language Models (VLMs), with hands-on exposure to their applications
- Proactive with a "can-do" attitude and an open mind toward AI advancements, always seeking innovative solutions
- Hands-on with LLMs and prompting techniques, including Chain-of-Thought or Tree-of-Thought reasoning, to enhance model performance
- Familiar with tools like LangChain, LangGraph, or various agentic frameworks for AI development
- Deep in understanding the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and programming best practices, ensuring efficient and scalable solutions
- Aware of modern software development company operations, including workflows, collaboration, and deployment strategies
- Critical in thinking and problem-solving, able to analyze complex AI challenges and devise effective solutions
- Experienced in developing applications with web interfaces or user-interactive components, with a solid grasp of architecture and functionality
- Proficient in verbal and written English (upper-intermediate), facilitating clear communication and documentation
- Skilled in Python backend frameworks like FastAPI, with experience in building efficient and scalable APIs (a plus)

- Develop innovative agentic AI solutions across a wide range of applications throughout the SDLC lifecycle
- Proactively propose and implement new technologies and trends, studying and adapting based on market needs and the latest technology trends
- Propose and implement the technological vision in new areas of research by prototyping and creating deep technological demos
- Coordinate and run presentations of work at external events, including conferences, meetups, and specialized gatherings
- Consult external and internal clients on technologies, solutions, and trends to drive innovation and strategic decision-making
- Align research fields with business domain demands, ensuring technological advancements support key industry needs
- Use proven innovation consulting methodologies to propose cutting-edge technological solutions for solving customers' problems
- Support business development efforts, including marketing, presentations, and presales, to drive growth and engagement
