Job Responsibilities
Responsible for timely and accurate processing of end to end Talent Acquisition activities (Manage candidate information, create requisitions, candidate screening, interview scheduling, offer management, reporting, etc.)
Handles employee requests according to the project deadlines
Provides clarification of Talent Acquisition policies and procedures across teams
Collaborates with client team to understand process challenges, flows, etc.
Creates & updates all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) within agreed timeframes on the defined support tool
Maintains collaborative relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
Handles regular communication with the Client counterparts and build relationship with them for the future delivery
Builds the positive and supportive team culture and help team to improve efficiency
Handles client communication and reporting
Ensures knowledge sharing with other team members and work in coordination with the team
