We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager for one of the largest distributors of car parts and accessories in Central and Eastern Europe!
Responsibilities:

- Responsible management of the region in terms of sales, logistics, and financial performance.
- Coordination of activities for 8-10 branches within the allocated region, ensuring their smooth operation and monitoring performance.
- Full managerial authority over the team (approximately 100-120 people), including coordination and evaluation.
- Setting sales objectives in alignment with the company strategy developed by top management.
- Developing sales in the assigned area (identifying new markets, opening new branches, and analyzing competitors).
- Maintaining and improving professional relationships with the company’s strategic clients.
- Preparing statistics and reports to be submitted to top management.

Candidate Profile:
- Higher education (university degree).
- Managerial experience of at least 3-5 years in sales and/or logistics.
- Proven experience in coordinating large teams.
- Excellent communication skills.

- Decisive and firm in decision-making.
- Strong self-organization skills and a broad, dynamic strategic vision.
- Advanced computer proficiency.
- Category B driving license.
