You will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding the customer base in the HR services sector. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building, and maintaining customer relationships, and developing strategies to achieve sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve business growth goals.
- Identifying and targeting potential clients and beneficiaries of human resources services.
- Building and maintaining a strong relationship with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and potential local and national opportunities.
- Working with internal teams to develop customized HR service solutions for clients based on customer needs and market trends.
- Preparing presentations and persuasive sales proposals to potential customers, ensuring profitable contracts and long-term partnerships.
- Monitoring market trends, customer needs, and competition activities to identify business opportunities.
- Monitoring the evolution of the local human resources market, and industrial development being up to date with best practices in human resources services.
- Provide the organization's management regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
Requirements
- Experience of 2+ years in service sales b2b, preferably in the services industry
- Knowledge of HR services, including recruitment, talent management, employee, and development is a big advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written;
- Ability to understand customer needs and ability to develop customized solutions.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Demonstrable success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Data-driven, with well-articulated thoughts and good influencing skills.
- Collaboration skills: proactively approaches immediate and extended teams for solving problems or building new solutions.
- Result-oriented and action implementation: setting stretched work standards and timely attaining measurable outcomes.
- Organized personality with attention to detail, able to work simultaneously on different projects
- Bachelor of Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
