Our client is a software company that expertise in Healthcare Big Data Technology, Machine Learning Algorithms, and AI.
They have developed an Analytics Healthcare Platform for Real-World Data.
The platform is able to evaluate massive amounts of real-world data from multiple sources (EHRs, registries, labs, etc.) in the oncology, cardiology and other fields.
The data analytics capabilities enable hospitals, pharmaceutical companies and reimbursement agencies to gain insight into real-world evidence of patient care, particularly in this era of value-based care.
Position Overview:
As a Sales Executive in Romania targeting pharmaceutical companies, you will play a
crucial role in driving our revenue growth by establishing and nurturing relationships
with key clients in the pharmaceutical sector. You will be responsible for promoting
Sqilline's SaaS data analytics solutions and Research Analysis, focusing on the
pharmaceutical industry's needs for data-driven insights and real-world evidence.
Responsibilities:
Main Responsibilities:
• Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets within the
pharmaceutical industry.
• Drive significant sales growth for the business within the country.
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with pharmaceutical
companies looking to utilize real-world data and analytics solutions.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and position
Sqilline’s solutions as a key part of their data-driven decision-making process.
• Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and targets, ensuring a healthy sales
pipeline and successful client acquisition.
• Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to tailor solutions and
presentations to the needs of potential clients.
• Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline progress, and market insights.
• Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone
• Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
• Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively
with a plan of how to meet these
• Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives
in order to grow the business
• Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement
operational changes
• Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate
Candidate Profile:
Skills and background:
• 3+ years of proven working experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role,
preferably in a software company with a SaaS model.
• Bachelor degree in Business Development or Business Management
• Strong knowledge of data analytics applications
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and budget
expectations.(what aspects are to meet in the target sector?)
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in
pharmaceutical companies.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for innovation in
healthcare.
• Flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, everchanging
environment
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to speak other foreign languages is a plus
• Driving licence is preferable to have
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
• The position would involve frequent travelling and making customer visits &
calls
• Must be able to travel extensively (both in & out of the country). Must have a
valid EU Driver’s license
• Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required
