Client Description:
Adecco is hiring, for its client, a contemporary technology museum, Sales & Marketing Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
✓Taking care of B2B clients – finding them, building, and maintaining long-lasting relationships
✓Group visits – Museum is the ideal place for all kinds of group activities, from school educational sessions to birthday parties and office team buildings, and we need someone who will take care of everything that these packages include
✓Keeping us in touch with the community – whether it is finding sponsors, including us in local events, or visiting local conferences and such.
✓Taking care of ticket platforms – both online and offline
✓Strategizing – defining marketing, B2B&B2C strategies, planning both online and offline activities, creating a budget, and distributing it effectively
✓Media planning and buying – creating the media mix that will catch everyone's eye
✓Working with marketing agencies, media, influencers, OTA, institutions
✓Handling email and SMS marketing campaigns
✓Handling digital platforms – this includes our webpage, social media, global digital platforms (such as TripAdvisor or Google), and last but not least, analyzing and reporting collected data
✓Acting like a true team player – our Marketing and B2B Coordinator collaborates with other team members to make sure the Museum stays at the top of its game
Candidate Profile:
✓You have proven marketing and/or B2B experience of 5+ years in tourism, entertainment, sales, or communications
✓You have commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
✓Proactivity, taking the initiative, and verbal and written communication are your favorite activities
✓Meeting people, presenting, negotiating, and setting the deals are activities you are passionate about
