Client Description:

Adecco Permanent Placement is looking for a B2B Commercial Representative for one of its clients, a important player in the motorcycle and car market based in Bucharest.


Responsibilities:

Responsible for:


- orders & sales planning in terms of line-up, break-down, volumes, allocations, etc.

- dealers coordination regarding commercial activity (allocations, reservations, price lists, invoices, documents, logistics, reporting, etc.)

- managing the relationship with suppliers (logistics, insurance, warranty, etc.)

- keeping the evidence for the assigned activities & tasks (transport, insurance, credit notes, demo bikes, consignment, etc.)

- preparing the assigned reports and analysis (performance bonus, demo bikes, riding schools, cash flow, etc.)

- updating HTRO platforms in terms of stock disclosure, arrival time, availability, etc.

- delivering the required reports or information to other HTRO departments (cash flow, reports, fixed assets, homologations, etc.)

- keeping the relationship with HME regarding orders, sales, or other activities.


Main responsibilities:


  • Prepares price breakdown for new models and/ or pricelist updates from HME.
  • Prepares monthly and yearly orders and sales plan files.
  • Update HTRO platforms in terms of stock disclosure, allocations, reservations, arrival time.
  • Communicate relevant commercial information to dealers in terms of price lists, specifications, arrival estimate, transport, etc.
  • Keep a tight communication with suppliers in terms of reports and invoices (logistics, insurance, transport, warranties, etc.)
  • Prepare the assigned reports and analysis (performance bonus, demo bikes, cash flow, etc.)
  • Follow-up with dealers to keep customer information updated in HTRO platforms and provide guidance in terms of HTRO internal procedures.
  • Prepares the market analysis reports based on DRPCIV information (registrations by make, model, county, etc.
  • Participate in establishing the dealer annual business and development plan.
  • Is responsible to settle any kinds of outstanding amount of due.
  • Respect the internal regulations and the entire standards implemented in the company.
  • Time to time Top Management asks to carry out tasks besides items mentioned.
  • Report to the direct manager of any dysfunctionality of the activity and make proposal for improving.
  • To attend to all training programs organized by HTRO.
  • Has a decent behavior related to his status.



Candidate Profile:

Professional development skills:


  • Background: University degree (Business/Economics background).
  • Fluent oral and written English.
  • Microsoft Office Suite: very good skills.
  • Attention to details and a commitment to maintaining all reports & situations accurate.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Good knowledge of the motorcycle industry and community.
  • Dynamic, flexible, and able to work under pressure, with excellent communication skills.
  • Good communicator & planner.
  • Team worker
