IF YOU ARE
- Experienced in Salesforce Sales Cloud architecture and integrations with 4+ years of experience
- Certified as a Sales Cloud Consultant
- Accustomed to software development lifecycle and packaged solutions implementation
- Proficient in implementing full-cycle projects
- Competent in Agile software delivery methodologies, such as Scrum, and tools like Jira
- Skilled in impact analysis for scope change request
- Adept at documenting changes to requirements, configuration, and data mapping
- A professional communicating in English fluently to cover project needs
AND YOU WANT TO
- Work with Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Propose, implement, and manage the implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements
- Demonstrate solutions functionality to business stakeholders as needed
- Present solution options to the Client, evaluate the pros and cons of declarative configuration against code and customization
- Lead the client sessions to gather, define, and document business requirements
- Develop implementation, estimates, and plans for development, testing, training, communication, deployment, and post-production support
- Perform impact analysis for scope change requests, document changes to requirements, configuration, and data mapping
- Participate in declarative system configuration when necessary
- Design and participate in end-user acceptance testing
- Develop training content, deliver both administrator and end-user training
