Company that is one of the world's largest producers of electronic devices


Responsibilities:

  1. Inventory Management:
  2. Establish the right assortment for the managed category
  3. Sets the forecast for the category assortment to achieve targets set by management
  4. Weekly monitoring and update of the demand plan in line with sales forecast
  5. Daily monitoring of the stock out SKU’s in eStore and replenishment to keep stock out ratio under 5%
  6. Keep week of stock of managed category at a healthy level – ( together with KAM/SCM )


  1. Pricing Strategy
  2. Establish the price strategy to follow profitability KPI’s set by management
  3. Research competitors and suggest appropriate pricing and promotional activities
  4. Coordinates all the needed approval to implement prices and follows the implementation on all steps


  1. Promo planning and promotional execution
  2. Propose promo plan and coordinates the campaign implementation on all steps of the campaign
  3. Propose products and offers to follow category strategy and to achieve sales and profitability targets
  4. Ensures that all campaigns benefit of the right level of communication through the communication channel mix ( with eStore Digital Manager )
  5. Ensures that reporting for each campaign is done and provides insights and prepares future actions to be followed in the next campaigns ( reports provided by Digital Marketing & Commercial Analyst )


  1. Category Management
  2. Analyze data and market insights
  3. Validates usage of insights into consumer needs and propose new projects to improve conversion rate
  4. Ensures that all categories and filters are in line with Samsung guidelines and market standards
  5. Validates prioritization of product category in order to maximize its visibility – ( on Samsung.com )
  6. Work with merchandising specialist and find new ways of improving conversion rate


  1. P&L and planning
  2. Ensures that price strategy and promo planning are based on revenue and profitability KPI
  3. Analyze and propose marketing budgets to maximize conversion rate


2. Managing Internal Relationships:

  1. Responsible for informing, enforcing and follow-up of sales related activity so to be done in compliance with EU and local laws and regulations, as well as for the internal procedures
  2. Execute internal communication with other departments within Company, manages relationships with superiors, peers
  3. Executes other tasks related to internal relationship management as given by eStore Head

3. Managing Own Activity

  1. Responsible for timely planned, consistent and predictable sales execution of products sales on eStore under responsibility, following strictly internal processes and procedures and manages achieving the Company strategic KPI’s as given by eStore Head for sales, profitability, product mix and operational efficiency
  2. Responsible for its own activity, both by following strictly the internal procedures related to performance management, as well as through openness for continuous bi-directional feedback, training, coaching, mentoring etc., through formal and / or informal processes, as appropriate in each case
  3. Responsible for managing own performance within the eStore Sales Team, taking pro-actively appropriate actions so to create, maintain and develop a working atmosphere which is positive, creative and continuous learning, encouraging “can-do” attitude, as well as the collaborative, supportive and caring behavior.
  4. Executes other tasks related to eStore Sales Team management as given by eStore Head



Candidate Profile:

  1. Studies: University graduate (Master)
  2. Experience: at least 3 years in similar position working for relevant market player(s) in electronics goods or related field industry, with a proven track record of excellent performance, ethical and professional reputation
  3. Complexity Level: ability to manage complexity and uncertainty, to choose right prioritization of tasks; able to work under pressure, competitive and dynamic environment, under strict dead-lines, taking decisions fast, independent thinking
  4. Knowledge: highly developed negotiation & sales skills, deep market / product / channel knowledge; mid-level in MS Office (Excel, Word), mid-high command of English (written / spoken); good presentation skills; very good influencing and persuasion skills;
