Role Description:


Executes on the day-to-day operations and project management for the Function, and manages, monitors, and advises on Group and Function policies and procedures. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
- Supports the Corporate Affairs & Marketing (CAM) function’s strategic planning process with CAM Leadership Team and partnering closely with CEO Office and Group Strategy 

- Works with teams across CAM, especially Marketing, on their interlocked planning with the businesses to ensure we meet all divisional and local objectives 

- Creates executive reports and presentations 

- delivering clear, concise executive-level work products 

- Supports the operating rhythm for the function, including maintenance of the operating calendar 

- Works with Communications and Marketing colleagues and to ensure that all activity and tactics are in-plan and that leaders are able to review one single source of truth 

- Prepares planning and reporting metrics and commentary mapped to strategic objectives - Maintains a single planning tool (and processes) to aid decision making and prioritisation 

- Ensures we are prioritising and tracking against agreed KPIs and business benefits on an ongoing basis 

- Manage Quarterly reviews with Marketing teams to ensure all activities are accurately reflected in the planning tool and to review their spending versus budget 

- Work in partnership with finance teams to ensure that all activity planning is in-budget and properly forecasted - Work in partnership with teams and leaders to source information in a timely and efficient way 

 

 

Candidate Profile / Key Skills:

 - Previous experience in marketing operations teams - either in-house or agency  

- Experience using planning and project management tools such as Workfront  

- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to tailor messages to audience and appropriate for senior executives.  

- Writing and editing (English language) excellence is a must-have. 

- Proficiency in writing business reports  

- Marketing / Communications experience or qualification is important 

- Experience of working with or in marketing and communications planning teams is preferred
