Your role:
- Analysis and documentation of requirements and definition of business use cases by preparing the business requirements document and/or project specifications (functional, non-functional, and/or technical).
- Analysis and documentation of operational processes and constraints, the data model from a business perspective, the user interface prototype, and other architectural elements for an overall description (interfaces, extensions, customizations, modifications).
- Supporting the client/business areas in formulating requirements and finding the best solutions for implementing these requirements during analysis working sessions.
- Ensures the modification of the business requirements documentation following decisions on project-level changes and communicates it to the technical teams for updating the technical specifications in line with the changes.
- Supports testing management activities by preparing the testing plan and acceptance testing scenarios.
- Provides estimates regarding the completion of deliverables for which they are responsible and participates in activity planning.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record in analyzing business processes and implementing solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, etc.) and proficiency in SQL (writing and optimizing queries) to extract and manipulate data from databases.
- Solid understanding of telecommunications (telco) industry terminology and business processes.
- Experience working with financial indicators (KPIs, financial modeling, variance analysis, etc.).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments and with external stakeholders.
