Role Description:

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join highly collaborative, multi-functional team responsible for ensuring a crucial link between various business units within the Infrastructure and Cloud division, to ensure that strategies, processes, and initiatives are aligned with organizational goal.

As a Business Analyst, you will act as a bridge between business goals and priorities. You will be responsible for finding opportunities for improvement, analysing business processes, and providing data-driven insights to guide decision-making. Your expertise in analyzing business operations, analytical skills and facilitating communication among partners will be important in delivering effective solutions that improve organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will use data analysis tools to interpret and visualize data, providing actionable insights to support business objectives.

  • You will create reports and dashboards for stakeholder review.

  • You will collaborate with partners to gather, document, and analyse business requirements.

  • You will lead workshops and meetings to brainstorm solutions and develop consensus among partners.

  • You will evaluate current business processes and workflows.

  • You will design and propose solutions that meet business needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • You will identify process improvement ideas following investigative, analytic or diagnostic activities.

  • You will assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring, participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress, challenges, and next steps.

  • You will maintain a clear and concise documentation, which is accessible to relevant collaborators.

  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with key collaborators, facilitate conversations to ensure continuous communication and alignment.

  • You will ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.

Candidate Profile / Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role focused on business alignment, ideally within the workforce area.

  • Strong analytical, technically savvy and knowledgeable of data analysis tools and business process modelling techniques, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.

  • You will support transformation of the I&C business with thorough analysis and execution.

  • A focus on problem-solving and data interpretation.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to engage effectively with diverse teams and various collaborators, applying consistent logic and analysis to various product, infrastructure, people, and process dimensions.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
