Client Description:

We are seeking for a Senior Client Relationships Manager with a dynamic, proactive approach to not only meet but exceed our clients' expectations, becoming their trusted financial advisor. This role is crucial in managing and expanding the existing clients' portfolio by achieving financing volume targets, developing profitable business relationships, and ensuring outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will embody a "CAN DO" attitude, aiming to deliver exceptional experiences to our target clients within the company framework.




Responsibilities:

Client Satisfaction: Exceed clients' expectations through a proactive approach, establishing oneself as their trusted financial advisor.

Financial Targets: Meet and exceed monthly targets for the existing client portfolio in terms of financing volumes.

Pipeline Management: Manage the monthly pipeline effectively, engaging with clients monthly to accurately budget volumes and generate targeted business consistently.

Relationship Development: Initiate, develop, and maintain profitable business relationships, ensuring excellent customer service throughout.

Portfolio Expansion: Work in tandem with the business development team to grow the existing client’s portfolio and their turnover.

Financing Applications: Prepare and submit financing applications for approval to the credit committee, adhering to all reporting responsibilities regarding risk events.

Risk Event Reporting: Maintain obligations and responsibilities regarding timely risk events reporting, ensuring compliance and mitigation strategies are in place.

Client Needs Anticipation: Anticipates clients’ needs with the goal to consistently surpass their expectations.

Relationship and Sales Skills: Masters excellent relationship, sales, and negotiation skills with the ability to identify emerging problems and recommend alternative solutions.

Team Collaboration: A team player who facilitates cooperation, transfers knowledge, and maintains a positive attitude even in the face of rejection, understanding the dynamics of the sales funnel process and pipeline management.

Effective Time Management: Exhibits good time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work cooperatively under pressure.

Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced, changing environment, committed to continuous improvement and learning.

Communication: Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, understanding the working patterns within departments to foster better inter-departmental collaboration.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.

At least 5 years of experience in client relationship management or a related field, with a proven track record of exceeding targets and fostering client growth.

Deep understanding of financial products and services, preferably with experience in factoring.

Advanced proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
