YOUR ROLE
- As an SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet the business needs of our clients.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, understand client requirements, and provide expert guidance to ensure successful deployment and utilization of the SAP SuccessFactors suite.
- The role requires a deep understanding of HR processes, strong technical skills, and effective communication to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, HR processes, and strategic goals.
- Provide expert advice on how SAP SuccessFactors can best meet client needs and objectives.
- Lead and participate in the full lifecycle implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors modules based on client requirements, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and client administrators on SAP SuccessFactors functionality.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation related to system configurations, customizations, and client-specific requirements.
- Document best practices and lessons learned for future reference.
YOUR PROFILE
- Extensive experience (4+ years) in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and configuration.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Recruiting.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications are highly desirable.
- Travel availability.
- Fluency in English is required.
